Work life balance is good. That is there is no work. Even a college dropout with basic english skills can do the job. They just want the under price workforce that India offers.

...it is very bad, the politics is on the next level. Attrition rate is super high. And the company doesnt care because they can hire a fresher for a18k salary. A Male manager there, just dont get me started on him. Devil reincarnate. You will no who when you you join. There a 2 male managers, one is excellent the other is just useless. Please dont join this company in the bangalore office.

Culture and work-life balance is amazing. The benefits are great too, but room for improvement. They also offer free learning platforms like linkedin learning so you can always upskill. Internal job movements are also encouraged.

Dislikes

The management sometimes takes major decisions like shift changes or change the R&R without any headsup. The promotions are super slow so if you are looking for growth, this isn't the right place.Might be forced to come to work for 'fun activities' and 'team bonding'

India office have very limited options to explore other roles after a point, and rest are very subjective dislike which varies from person to person Overall company is very good
