Salary and TA DA on time company is good

The seniors of the company are playing politics or there is really bad work culture here, the ASM/RSM of the company do not let anyone survive more than 2 months or they are fired. Company is like lala baniya type.

Jab Mazri aao, Jab Marzi Jao. Full on comfort zone. But all depend on your manager. On my time i had worked here from 10 AM to 9 PM with 1 hour Lunch in 6 year every day.

...t, aap ki leli jayegi. Yaantra's CFO also don't know accounting. But he is CFO. He want their account team work for 12 hour but never expect for salary hike or Increment. Don't ask for learning, Don't ask for Earning. This CFO was hired unprofessional Finance Control, He don't know GST, Don't Know Taxation. But He was a Finance Controller of yaantra. hahaha Here lots of work. Minimum working hour 10 to 11 per day and no over time money you will get for this time boundation. Jo knowledgeable person hain, unke upar unprofessional manager bitha rakhe hain. So please before join, please take to time and think again. Your time is very important. So don't waste your time for this company.

my first salary was 7k and after 4 years it is 14891/-. so nobody can't tell it to be very good growth. One positive thing is, I have joined here as a Quality check engineer and today I'm working as Logistics Coordinator. but it happens bcs of my boss, he helped me to reach here.

They are supporting to provide the salary on time , provide the facility for each employee for performing his/her task from home and sanitize the office place weekly for those who are working from office.
