...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very worst industry in India, too much politics and favoritism, Japanese are very low class mentality, always criticise to everyone due to your better talent and suggestions than their thinking. Always blaming to indians for wrong/NG

Japanese company so policy are good . But Japanese people are also not so skillful and implement good practices in this plant .this plant is struggling plant from last 10 years ..not properly working.No having good image in market also ..

Office politics is at Peak level ... Japanese are trying to work like Japan style but not practical. Career growth is also not continuing and management is not so skillful.
