Good company,& policies are good, every year appraisal are done they not give any increments , new supervisor relationship not ok supervisor not a technical, too much political, senior technicans not value.

I am working YK Almoayyed Bodyshop since 1994 to 2020 , 2020 March 14 th I came with family vacation 2 months , Due to corona 19 no flight service in India to Bahrain, I can’t rejoining the leave application mentions day, I inform to Bodyshop. administrator & asst manager they didn’t send mail HR department, suddenly HR department called me Companys has terminated, 3 months room rent have to pay & room items are lost . April last I asked 2 administrators they told wait .

I am enjoying there's, I was spent 3 years there it was mind blowing i love this company otherwise company was good salary giving on time. Every Eid they give bonus. Transport provide Accommodation provide

Management is not good. No growth i was working more then three years they not increase our staff salary, They give me one month before for termination later without any reason they said they will lease the all transport so they don’t want staff i request so many times but they said sorry i request please adjust me your any other department bcoz they have 45 devision department like nissan dealership,infinity,ford,toyota,warehouse,logistics,retail,cafe,hotel etc it is MNC company. Actually they terminate 3 employees I am the first who join this company first employee of this devision but they don't care. they terminated in nov and December is my marriage and they know everything but they not help me that time was very hard for me.

As an employee I am so proud to work with YK almoayyed and sons.In my perspective after 2017 company is going through crutial situations to maintain the position in Bahrain market , as of now we are successful in this process.
