Zero likes to TW team. Mostly saturday and sunday work disturbance will not be there.

... is good, but twt team is zero. No skill upgrade. Only ppt and ms word document. No xml due to cost cutting. If you away for personal break (restroom) need to be informed if crossed 12 mins. For casual leave need to login system and send mail (not in office management scope but manager does too). Manager lives for his work safety only, not supportive to the team ( team count of people is two). If HR saw this review have a open discussion with team members not manager so that they have lot of ideas to explore where manager not allows too.

No likes actually, its just a name called product based but all the thing are worst then service based.

Employees will be treated as leg down (save) especially technical writing team. Manage doesnt let us do any new work or take decision to acheive, always takes credits and leaves blames to team. FYA mail personality manage

Technical Writing Manager is really worst, Micromanagement for all employees done by Prohance Tool. Toxic HR culture and company situation getting worse day by day.

No training is given. No learning portals to learn technologies. HRs, Technical lead and Manager behave as if they are Don of the company. Apply for some other good company instead of wasting your time joining this company.

Good Place to work with a cooperative teammates. Job securities is excellent for whom who works average also.

For a busy life balancing woman, there is no opportunity for little bit relaxation, like wfh after working period (this is specific to the particular project where I worked) So definitely that goes -ve side of the carrier. But work wise it was wonderful journey in Xybion.
