Good organization to start with only for freshers or entry level engineers. Could get good exposure on technology front and can try different technologies depends on project as the requirements are much dynamic in time and technology.

Dislikes

Very less employee benefits compared with other same level organizations (Only thing employee gets is salary with basic components/employee only insurance/leaves). Promotions or performance pay hikes aren't sure every year.

Likes

Good support from the management, the best place for learning and the working environment and policies are good for the employees work over there.

Fairly saying that I don not have any regrets with the Xtreme it solutions because it is such a nice place to work

It was a good start for freshers, exploring new technologies, flexibility of learning new languages. Friendly environment

Over work load, need to work at weekends also. Partiality plays main role in this company
