Depending upon the peak sometimes the job may become hectic. But there's been a lot of scope to learn new technology.

I have worked for best companies for quite a number of years and can honestly say its the best company i have ever worked for. Nice environment, No bossy people culture. All of the senior team, including the head are approachable, helpful, caring and work hard, Nothing is too much of trouble. Unlike many senior teams they are all happy to get their hands dirty!

Dislikes

I have really struggled to find any constructive criticism to write on this review. Yes of course there are small things that sometimes make work days a little harder but they would be the same in any company. The only thing i can honestly think of is that the company can be quite fast paced, and i sometimes feel that i can't keep up, but that says more about that the company!!

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The scope for learning here is really good and high. The mentoring from seniors and managers is also too good and support from peers is really high. There are numerous projects with different verticals and number of accounts. A happy go environment, with motivating and inspiring management.

Dislikes

Sometime work time may increase based on the projects delivery, other then it's simply awesome to work here.

Likes

Xsosys technology is expertise in Morden technology and implementing new innovation into work. Friendly woke culture, good to work in team as member to develop big corporate projects. Job security is based on attitude. Company allows casual wear in office. Most importantly Best management for good attitude people.

Dislikes

Projects are challenging sometimes so work life balance is hampered. Two Saturdays are working days, if all Saturdays holiday would be more helpful.

It's been more than 3 years of my journey here. It's really great place to work and I thank the management for giving me an opportunity to work. To be honest, during Covid 19 many big organization done layoffs and some stopped annual appraisal and promotions dues etc.. but our company not only remained with employees even though any projects ramped down also gave annual appraisals don't stopped any promotion dues. It's really super and awesome place to work.
