Work-life balance is excellent. The managers are all technical hence they understand the problems of the developer. No two project are the same thus excellent opportunity to grow.

Starting salary is average, it increases and comes up to industry standards within few years though

You don't have to work to sustain in company many of my collegues never do project themselve they take help from friends, If you work for half an hour it's more than enough to speak in end day call. You can easily fool them and earn money withouth working there. Even project manager will lie with you if manager ask why project is not done you will find this company more secure than any government job.

Dislikes

You don't get any more skills than you already have their projects are very mediocre.
