There is no career growth in Xpressions because it is a local advertising consultancy and there is no job security.

Likes

Management was very friendly to work like a family. Promotional ideas given by me and the team was in Sync. We work like one team and use to find out the solution by brain storming, before the final design gets approved.

Dislikes

Nothing negative to say for the team as they use to pay on time. But the business was not meeting the expected profit, so no new promotional designs were launched in the due course of time. So the requirement for the Graphic designer was not there.
