Monopoly of department Heads Wrong Peaples are sitting at Senior positions those not having proper skill and Leadership Qqualities those not haven't decision making Skill also but they are expert in presenting fake data and making fool management and safeguard their own chaires by playing corporate politics and honest people's are becoming victims because of their personal ego. There is nothing to like about this low quality organization.

...ndows on laptop. Canteen is unhygienic. Office can not even offer tea or coffee. You have to pay for everything. 7. In office IT and non IT guys sit together and you will definitely listen non IT employees shouting, using abusive words. 8.And be careful from their false hiring, they will hire you to increase the head count and when they find that project is not going in desired way, they will fire you. So be aware, if you are getting hired even if you are from non java background then you will be fired in future. 9.Earlier they used to cover parents in mediclaim policy but now they don't. Reason is that, they think most employees are using mediclaims for their parents, so they can't afford such high ratio of claims.

...ork with . You can meet the most terrible managers and hr’s in this company . Even the few managers will keep torturing you that you get high salaries because they themselves are very stupid and have lesser salaries . There is no work life balance no job security .

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is average and career growth is slow.
