Behavior of State head Mr. Raman Jha was too Bad. He always use Unprofessional Language, used to Abuse other employess during google meet. Only one person is destroying the business of Jharkhand. He Always try to spoil the SOP. Marking heavy lost to RSC Partners, Field Supervisors.

Salary and Appraisals - Below company standards; employees are underpaid compared to their responsibilities. with limited scope and significant raises and promotions, Work expectation- offers salary at a junior level while expecting work at senior level. Work place culture- office politics is prevelent employees efforts are under-appreciated.

Of talketive people when its comes for decisions making no body have clue in management. 5. For your dedication and work no one recognised you but if you made any mistake from GM position people gonna be in touch with you for criticism. Overall a place where dedication doesn’t mater no grow nothing to learn toxic manager .
