Nothing.. My experience in Fusion Xplore Tech was nothing but terrible.

This company Xplore Tech Fusion is such a fraud. This entire group of fraudsters betrayed me and never paid my salary for the last working month. I sent them several e-mails regarding my unpaid salary but nobody took the charge to help me recover my salary and get me out of this trouble rather they blocked my E-mail ID. I have had several visits to their Durgapur office but none of the HRs or the management team helped me claim my deserving money instead they raised their hands up and tried to get rid of me. This is a huge gang of people fooling needy and younsters by using them, their time and labor to mint money out of them. The whole team don't even bother to pay attention to one's concern and talk two words of politeness let alone paying salaries after a huge ton of workload and abuse with no personal life.

Dislikes

Management is not well and good. Salary is not good for experienced or promoted people. If you buttering anyone, you get good name otherwise you are not eligible for any extra incentives or RNR anything. Directly you get threat that "keep buttering, so that you get *Laxmi in your bank account*."

No work life balance is there. The shift are just rotational for name and no skill development is there for the employee. There is also lots of politics and the management also doesn't care about our issues . There is no growth.

Only one thing that, if you're a student they'll help you to get your degree by giving CL, and they'll allow to visit college for wfh teams, as long as your manager helps you.

I dislike everything, first no promotion or salary increase. Never ever salary will get increase for 1 rupee, I remember there was an need for TL, because we were working good so manager offered some of us the job not entire team, and we didn't like the profile because no hike and unlimited hours of work. Also I was working from home, at the time of leaving, they tortured me and forced me to visit office for 10 days just to ensure my leaving, just to get my last working day approved, I visit office at 8am then waited there for 11 hrs with my laptop and , manager never give me an update, at the end of the day they asked me to visit again tomorrow. This is the harsh reality.
