Work life balance almost zero,asks to log in even in week offs, salary discrepency is in almost every month without any reason, doesn't share attendance sheet & work sheet, salary issues, increments salary hike is worst part- salary hike happens after 3 months, lowest salary, job satisfaction is not there

Dislikes

No work life balance is there. The shift are just rotational for name and no skill development is there for the employee. There is also lots of politics and the management also doesn't care about our issues . There is no growth.

Only one thing that, if you're a student they'll help you to get your degree by giving CL, and they'll allow to visit college for wfh teams, as long as your manager helps you.

Dislikes

I dislike everything, first no promotion or salary increase. Never ever salary will get increase for 1 rupee, I remember there was an need for TL, because we were working good so manager offered some of us the job not entire team, and we didn't like the profile because no hike and unlimited hours of work. Also I was working from home, at the time of leaving, they tortured me and forced me to visit office for 10 days just to ensure my leaving, just to get my last working day approved, I visit office at 8am then waited there for 11 hrs with my laptop and , manager never give me an update, at the end of the day they asked me to visit again tomorrow. This is the harsh reality.

...Ghosh from kolkata Saltlake sec -v branch . She is very dengerous also a begger. Not paying last month salary and not setteled pf balance.

You just get a knowledge and experience as a fresher

Salary timing, there are no work culture, most of the times, the systems are not in good condition, the seniors just exaggerate everything. They do not clear last month salary totally, if you do not continue with them.
