There's nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Everything is so unprofessional here. They do not pay the stipend on time. At times, they don't pay at all. They don't know how to treat the people who work for them.

Nothing makes sense about the work here; there are no specific work timings, and they complicate simple tasks. There is no ethics, and they lack a proper reporting structure, forcing you to report the same issue to multiple people and then report it again the next day. There is no appreciation for any work you do, and the cherry on top is the amount of micromanaging they engage in.

Dislikes

No experience letter, No certificate. If you resign, your last month's salary won't be paid. The work adds no real value to your career. Even on sick leave, they expect you to work.
