High Incentives for my closures. Since I am in Lead hiring I received good bonus being a fresher in the HR industry. But not necessarily for everyone, for me the experience was great. I like how my manager is transparent with work.

How much we work also no appreciation ,every time we should ask the salary,it's not a professional place to work,no payslips in offer Letter there is no sign of an MD or CEO,they won't give relieving letter also simply ask us to serve notice period.

1. Employee won't get salary on time 2. No incentives for our works/ closures done. (Some fake reviews are there, mentioning high incentives) 3. No proper documentation 4. HR of this company is big time cheater. 5. Even for freshers also, this consultancy is not suitable

Everything, incentive culture, boss approach, worst company to work, they will also not give leaves, no work balance, and also incentives. Everytime they deduct PT, PF but it will never get paid to concerned department. Fraud company, don't care about their employees
