... 😂 . Here they are just making a employee like a puppet like kuch v krwa re. They are also not providing salary also in time. They will deduct your salary on basis of hours & day . They have sandwich policy if you are in leave on Friday and Monday then will deduct salary for 4days. They will tell you to write reviews in Google and in different platforms and they tell you to write in-front of them it’s totally manipulated reviews. I suggest please choose a company wisely after taking time why because this will decide your future. And Humble request please don’t go for this .

Work life balance:- The experience of work life in this organisation was very poor and unsatisfactory Salary & benefits:- There was no casual and earned leave in this organisation, in case of emergency, the amount of leave given to us is deduct from the salary. Appraisal:- When I joined this company I was told that the appraisal cycle is 1 year and my appraisal took place after 1 year, but I resigned after 1.5 yrs and my salary stopped for 3 months. I received FnF amount one month after my last working day and I got the amount of that FnF on the basis of old salary. Whatever increament I received was deducted from the fnf amount. Nothing happened in the name of appraisal in my 1.5 yrs experience Job Security:- don't know when in the evening he will tell you not to come to office tomorrow. Company culture, work satisfaction, skill development and learning new technology are nothing good here.
