Few Seniors and CTOs are unfair as they only treat well from Infosys people as if they are also from there and the rest are not treated well particularly at times of increment and bad language is used by CTOs and Project managers and bonuses are not given by management. They told me before joining Xperate. They are lier don't believe in their policies. So many employees left the organization within 1-2 months of the period. If you join this company then spoil your career with a CTO and Project manager. I faced these challenges so don't face anyone. There are no projects yet and existing projects they not delivered properly so clients are not happy. Their working hours are all 7 days should be working. If you did not work Saturday and Sunday their project manager played politics with you and destroyed your career. So think before you join Xperate. A project manager doesn't know anything.
