The company is open to innovations and readily adopts latest technology.I loved this fact that I am part of the team high-quality products and has a global client base.I like this organization hiring rules and good culture.Nice career growth where I learned a lot and became a responsible person and where I learn't hard working and work under high pressure. I never forgot those memorables in this organization.Totally my journey was very nice.

Dislikes

Compensation is average and growth is good. The work pressure is very high and i worked most of the time till midnight and have to complete our work within time and also attend client meetings and daily walk-through meetings.Managers do not value an individual unique strength, and they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals

I mostly worked on client site. But this company is good for learning new things and start career. Its not a very big company so you will have to do work of multiple roles. Thanks.

Nothing. Every company works toward achieving greater goals. It was my privilege working here. It is beacuse this company gave me work when I had nothing. So I have very high regard for this company. Work culture and people here are also good.
