I have been working at Xmplar for almost about 3 years now. I started out as an intern and ever since I haven't looked back. The management of the company is extremely approachable and they follow an open door policy. My colleague are extremely talented and humble at the same time,They are really fun to work with and seniors are extremely approachable. We get to work with the latest technologies and it has been a really sweet journey. The founder of the company is extremely talented and an industry veteran who is always in touch with all of us to ensure we work on interesting projects. Besides being the founder he is like a true friend who is extremely humours and fun to talk to. Our CEO is extremely talented and fun to talk to just about any topic. He is easily approachable and respects your suggestion or opinions for that matter right about anything. He is truly a visionary who believes in setting a goal and smashing the ball right out off the park six ways from Sunday. We have an extremely smart CTO and I have had the pleasure to work directly under him right from the start of my career. The man is extremely humorous and smart who will teach you not only about anything you ask him but also guide you to do your best both at work and all walks of life. He has my back ever since I started out here and it's been an amazing journey. In short, calling Xmplar my company is not gonna do justice to it. But calling it my home! My family! Now we're talking.
