The worst experience in my life. I have worked with many corporates but while working with this, they forced to do overtime with no extra salary or benefits. While working from home, No Internet bill or electricity bill is reimbursed so we have to use our own internet and electricity. Due to overtime, we don't get time to spend with family and skills improvement also. They ask new joiners to abscond from their previous organization but when leaving, they asked for an extra stay here. Also not much growth in annual increment. They deduct some salary in the name of bonus and retention and at the time of payment of bonus and retention, they do not pay it to employees by saying that the performance was not good. so not much expectation for salary-wise also.

...ean that's it. everything else is messed up with salaries and behaviour and all. At that time of joining, they told me that we have 5 working days but after joining they forced us to work on Saturdays also without any extra salary or incentives.

No support at all. We force to do overtime. Moreover, he is deducted 3,000 rs every month from my decided pay in the name of performance balance and 21,000 rs not being paid to me and payment to sweepers and tea expenses are not paid it was outstanding before the time of lock down no internet provided if we recharge extra employer asked us where you use your internet.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
