Employee compensation should be fare value per market valuation. rewards and recognition and below the expectation and bit less opportunities people who really works hard.

Flexible work policy which is 5.5 hours WFO and rest 3 hours WFH.

Salary discrimination, you'll find huge difference in salary on same level. No learning opportunities, management and HR direct us to LinkedIn learning instead of any class room or company sponsored Certifications.

... well in advance. The lunch is provided at reasonable price with good quality. The transport allowance is add on to your salary. Work-life balance is good and had overall good experience

Lack of training and career opportunities; recognition is missing ; appreciation emails from clients not acknowledged.

Its good working. But given the fact that the COVID situation still prevail we are comple to attend office. Subjected to the fact that the work that they have asked to complete can also be done after 28th Feb 2021. But still I have been asked to travel a distance of 1700 km during this time.

People from gurgaon are bias. Proper recognition is never received.
