I would like to say they give a good package nothing else is good overhere

Everything the company culture isnt good they are firing people due to recession that to in a rude manner without prior intimation. The company doesnt have any core values.

Compensation and other benefit to earn more but now those compensation and other perks stopped by XLD.

There is person who walks on floor during the working time, he keeps watching weather any employee talking with other employee or not. Freedom to speak with our collogues is not allowed. It seems like we are in school. Firing of the employee is also very common in this company although they actually don't fire the employee instead they ask to put resignation and leave it, with this they at least get there experience letter.

...e without any reason. The behaviour of management towards employees is very bad. Salary will be deducted for different reasons. Hostel like rules in the office, 2 employees cannot talk with each other.

Poor compensation dont offer what they commit. Terrible salary structure they keep certain part of salary as MPI components and its paid only if u perform..if in any month if there is no work then u dont get mpi which is worst.. truly worst policies not employee friendly at all.

...ent requirement. No cellphones allowed inside the office. Breaktime restriction. If you take 10mins more time from the usual break time(1hr), HR action taken in form of cutting your payed leaves.
