Incentives used to be the only thing good about this company but now they have removed the incentive scheme as well. So, nothing good left to mention.

Dislikes

...can't even extend your break for more than 1 hours. 3. Tremendous work pressure. Unrealistic ETAs and if you couldn't meet the ETA error will be reported which will get deducted from your salary. 4. No job security at all. In every 2 years you will be part of the layoff or will witness a massive layoff. 5. Leave are a joke here. Total 16 PTOs per year. No paid sick leaves. Only 5 days paternity leave. And for maternity u will get paid after 3 months of rejoining. I can write a book about the cons but it is of no use as you will still join the company after reading this because of the job scarcity. But u ll still regret.

The only good thing is compensation and for every thing they pay. It is only good for freshers and not for the experienced one.

Dislikes

1) No work life balance. 2) No job security even for tenure employees, they suddenly give a kick and throw you like an old furniture. 3) No proper training after allocating team and assume that all work can be done by one or two people in a team which require at least 7-8 employees and this makes work so difficult. 4) Due to attrition rate, almost in all department you will always see new hires. This really don't make any sense where you already have knowledgeable tenure peoples , you are throwing them out and again spending days on new trainees to train them. This not only hamper production but also increase huge pressure and burden on people serving there because at the end you are answerable to management questions. 5) Poor Management which can be easily identifiable because its not about few people leaving the company, its a regular senario there. Management should have focused on actual flaws rather than asking employees to leave the company.

Every thing other than salary. Not allowed to talk to any colleagues. You realise pressure on yourself because you see a guard is always keeping an eye on you. Just the monitor of the class. If you talk to any colleagues guard writes your name reports it to the HR. Disciplinary actions are taken next day on them. Worst company policy and culture.

Nothing... Absolutely Nothing... It's better to sit at home and enjoy your mental peace.

Dislikes

...if... If you don't reply on it even for a single time., you know what happens... Salary cut. Also, they say they have 5 days working.. Don't believe them.. You'll be forced to work 28-29 days a month.. They'll assure you to give comp offs against the working days.. But they'll cheat on that too as they'll refuse giving them whenever you ask for it... One of the most important things... No matter what... How much you have worked here... 2-3-4 years without taking any leaves... They won't approvw for any leaves anytime you ask for them... Thus, for any important work, you'll have to take an unplanned leave for which they'll cut your salaries in addition to the day's pay.

Nothing there to like about xl dynamics than leaving the company.

...hardwork. If you are giving 110% then it is what you should be doing as per XLD. But if you do a small mistake then then can charge a deduction on your salary ..
