I love working at Xinthe. Lots and lots of career growth opportunities. It is good to work with these great managers who guide us truly investing their time in our growth and help us learn. The perks, benefits, work environment, colleagues, the office and many opportunities to learn various skills. Compensation is better than other firms in the city, currently in maternity break all companies give 6 months but Xinthe helps with 9 months maternity break, i have availed this benefit and resumed full-time work in hybrid model.

Have been working with company for last ten years. Management is supportive, Easy to Switch stream/tech-stack if you want. the workplace environment is exceptional, providing a conducive atmosphere for productivity and collaboration. Colleagues are consistently supportive and willing to lend a helping hand. Additionally, the company offers good benefits like leave encashment, excellent maternity benefits, Insurance and flexible work hours, it has been seven years I have rejoined to work after maternity break, since then no looking back, Good employee engagement activities.

My company standards are nothing less than any big MNCs. A bunch of cool headed project manager ensure their team works with freedom and stress-free. There are barely any interference from top management. Xinthe should be the best employer in Visakhapatnam. I am provided with work life balance and considered me as a part of family.
