Xihi technology company does not think about operators it neither increase salary nor post.

Not good at all. Compensation is really low as compared to other companies. HR policies are very bad. No sat sun off. HR is very bad and doesn't know how to talk to girls. Policies are not good. They deduct every penny for getting late to the office even it is for 5 minutes. Chinese counterparts are there to smoke and yell at the Indians.

HR Chinese counterparts No work life balance No salary increment. Less work and more people in 1 department

Company is good but very bad politics. HR is also unresponsive every time. Management system is also bad. Seniors treating to junior like workers and also abusing without any reason. Mainly in finance.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad or unprofessional.This situation is created by two existing employee In finance .No job security. Some staff in finance like criminal they threat in indirect way.For outsiders no leave is allowed. Job timing 7:45 am to 7 pm to 10pm maximum time For outsiders.

Its a good company to learn new things as there are so many opportunities for a person and to prove himself. If you work hard, you are recognised and your hardwork is paid.

Working hours are little bit high but yeah you are paid for that so it's overall fine.

Indian management very bad.inside workshop you can treat by office staff like as animals . supervisor all behave with you your are a animal. Indian management understand you are servent of him. No sitting in office area.
