- Very Less salary if you are not from IIT or IIM, management trainee will earn more than you - Only favourites will go up in the ladder - HR will not do anything, whatever manager says is golden word - Lazy and incompetent HR, works against employees - No transperancy on how promotions are being done

...es only. If the sale will not happen they will ask you to work for 12 hrs a day. No bonus no promotion only false promises given by the national heads. Personal life and professional line has no difference asyou have to be here for 12hrs a day and when you will wake up in morning since that time they will start with something.

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you

Company is good but management was not good..every year management was changed.

I was worked as store Manager 5.9 years but company not increase the employee salary or increment.they don't even care about employees those who worked with dedication and passion.
