Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Environment wise it's very good but they call employees saturday , Sunday for work and not giving any compensation that is bad I felt there .they give very less time to do work so naturally artist will stretch.

Xentrix had a decent atmosphere and the salary was good. As a Junior Artist it was good learning experience.

Dislikes

I personally did not find the work I was doing particularly challenging, but maybe I was not in the company long enough for that kind of responsibility when compared with other people who were playing a more satyisfifying role.

I didn't like anything think about it no job security they hire u and they fire u when they want. No time to time work always pressure u to do more work. They don't appreciate u when u done good quality work but when u do any mistake they scold u in front of everyone They all want to be a senior for that they pressure jr to show everyone how serious they r about work Some time they told u to work on weekends to and it's compelsery to came at Weeknd if anyone can not came to office at Weeknd they put more work on them

If you are lucky enough to fall on a good team, you can some how adjust to have a decent work life balance or else you are doomed.

This company have the worst management. The HR department doesn't even care about the employees. They have build few work policies which have legal loopholes where they can make a huge profits from the deductions of your salary. They offer you company benefits just in the papers but you won't receive it. Regarding the work life balance, If you are lucky enough to fall in a good team you can have a decent work life balance. If you are an animation art enthusiast better not choose here cause you'll feel like a machine job and they'll literally ask you to give them a huge quantity of work than a good quality of work. You might even have to work on Saturdays and don't even think about any bonuses or OT on that.
