Nothing. Seniors hiring their Relatives and Sibling then doing favouritism and biased assessment of your work which is pathetic after doing this non-sense they also question your Integrity. So they are next level

Please do not join this company if you have multiple offers in hand. The manager is an Idiot who rather than working managing the people working on tickets and seniors who hired their relatives are doing the assessment of your work. There is lot of politics on upper level and no hierarchy for promotion and if you get 2% hike in a year that means you are very lucky. No training structure. Shifts are changing frequently.

Company Location(City) is very good. Colleague helps each other. Friendly environment.

Opportunity to work in new technologies is given to limited people. Your suggestions are not important. Few guys decide what is good even they did lot of mistakes in the past.

Xeeva recently went through an organizational restructuring which caused 40% Layoffs. Since post leadership changed Xeeva is growing and striving to become a stable company, Teams are helpful and cooperative with minimal politics. Senior Management sits in the US and I felt there is a big disconnect between onshore and offshore people. Leave policies are great, however, Appraisals and Career growth is disappointing

Don't expect Job security, No Worklife balance, No Peoridic appraisal process, No Financial appraisal. If you are a skilled professional with process oriented mindset please mindfull.

An operational framework is missing and it is burning on every endnode. Bad planning of sprints leads to weekend / late hour working and delayed product/ feature delivery. Late working culture is promoted by higher management.
