From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

...fe in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Whenever if you get on bench you a going to face Abhinaya, who is the worst employee i ever met in my career. she will demotivate you, torture you so that you left the Organization by yourself and then they become the company who never terminates

...it. Unprofessional HR. Please don't work for this company. Threatened on emails. Less salary and more work. No politeness in HR behavior. Work conditions are very strict. Such a worst company to work. Don't spoil your resume. You will not work here more than 6 months.

Good projects available. Lot of learning if in projects. Team members are supportive Good salary and hikes WFH available but depends on Manager Work timings are flexible

Project allocation is just random. If some in bench then they remain on bench. Work pressure is immense. Extended working hours are common. Not much recognition for hard work. You would be even asked to complete the work on weekend. The freshers are supposed to complete tasks in unrealistic timeline. They even fire them for trivial reasons

No culture like a connect and grow , you work and get paid , no benefits , minimal appraisal and no transparency in appraisal process, no promotion no growth . If thinking about 1-2 years and getting paid what you want then you can join

...cilities were adequate. Additionally my colleagues were friendly and supportive. Salary gets credited on time without fail.

My trust on the management was shattered. Job security was virtually non existent, with employees on the bench facing constant fear of termination without notice. The bench manager and HR communication was abysmal, often resorting to late-night or early-morning calls without prior notice. Management is very untrusted here they are always busy in giving you false commitment. 95% projects are short term projects here so it's unsuitable for those seeking career growth. Specially if you want to make career in mobile development then this is not the right choice for you. Appraisals are very bad in Xebia. Yearly you can expect only 2-3% hike. On the account of cost cutting there are no parties since last 2 years. Management and HRs will not respond you until and unless you don't send many emails and messages to them. They have their own swag. The official notice period is 3 months. Xebia always hires those people who can join in max 7 days. but while leaving the company Xebia makes it mandatory to serve 3 months notice period. ""Aise kaise chalega Xebia"?
