The good thing about Xebia is the exposure that we get working with different set of clients in various geographies. New technologies used, challenging problems to solve.

Work life balance- Negative Salary compensation & increments - peanuts unless you are skilled at boss buttering to a large extent. Being on a bench in Xebia is like a crime. Non-billable employees being looked down , constantly threatened to be kicked out of company. Policies are not employee friendly

The freedom to do things in your own way plus the avenues/opportunities to promote learning and skill development in the company. Learning is immense if you are looking for it.

nothing that comes to my mind rightnow. Salary is decent and work culture is good.

Conversion from third party to xeb payroll is really slow even for the emp receiving performer of the month award. No team outings. Not getting benefits of xeb payroll for being third party

From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

...fe in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Whenever if you get on bench you a going to face Abhinaya, who is the worst employee i ever met in my career. she will demotivate you, torture you so that you left the Organization by yourself and then they become the company who never terminates
