The company is good. I liked being part of it. Location of job is based on client. Overall i really liked working in this company.

Only thing I disliked is late salary. I usually got my salary by 10th day of month.

1. Not fixed day of salary credit. 2. HR support was disgusting. Even no response at most of the time regarding any issue at work. 3. They didn't provide experience letter on time. 4. Support team response is highly negative.

Only the Public sector undertaking company where i was deputed via xeam ventures, i.e., it was Heavy Engineering Coporation Ltd. (A government of India Enterprise).

Dislikes

No career growth with very Low grade salary, in todays tough world of inflation rate at each and every step in life , no work balance ultimately. can't even feed your family too properly. No smart salary according to the designation given. No Compensations. each and every month I had to chase to the agent of XEAM VENTURES for getting my own earned salary. So, I was waiting eagerly to last this contract period so to get my experience certificate.

Dislikes

They doesn't care about their employees. Fixed salary, no increment. Takes money as security fees refundable. But at the time of contract end they are not ready to refund the security money. They are playing with their employees.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
