Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is no transiency about job security, they not provide PF, insurance, salary sleep, form no 16, confirmation latter, etc, employees feel very insecure over there

Principal designer has kept her dependency on everything. And she delays decisions as she is not available in the office. Later, she gets furious for the delays caused by herself, which she doesn't take responsibility of.
