There is nothing to like for this company. beware with this company, they never pay on time. work for 3 month pay for one month, they not paid PF & gratuity for at least 45 employee which i personally know. they not paid salaries for more than 3 month. after resignation they don't do F&F. even they don't reply on any emails.

Don't work with this company. if you work it will be your biggest mistake. company owner- Mr. Senthil, Neha Gulati they are extremely bad.i don't have word to say. they in outside india(US). in india branch- samarjeet saha, pankaj srivastav, vineet singh and others all are fraud.

... soon. Not working culture Management and policies are not better for employees. PF ISSUE, SALARY NEVER ON TIME. YOU CAN EARN AS YOU WORK AND SALES TARGET.

It is totally a fraud company. They will not pay your salary on time also unnecessary deduction from your actual salary and will never pay your incentive and will create pressure to achieve the target and that is not paid for. You will get your salary ever month after 25th . This is not the good company at all to. work with.

...any default". The environment which she had created was definitely not friendly. No bonus, no leaves on festivals like Diwali etc even we were supposed to get our salary by end of the month but it came after 2 months. I was literally regretting working there specially during Diwali. I hope Neha Gulati make change in the company's policy.

Salary was never on time, no bonus on festivals, made us work during the weekend.

One year of worst working experience. This is truly a terrible company. Salary never credited on time. Unnecessary deductions. Incentives never cleared. Either do a 12 hrs shift or else your I'd will be deactivated and 2 day pay will deducted. Although they states that you have to work 5 days only but obviously thats a blatant lie. You have to 6 days and if your target is not achieved 7 days. I have never worked 6 days here so my salary did get deducted for the particular day which is supposed to be a week off. They say they have old staff but that's only bunch of them. They hire and fire easily so if you are looking for a good job with growth and stability look someplace else. Their old staff clearly states that they won't clear your dues and you can do whatever you want. Beware of companies like this. Thanks.
