Getting salary on time. Even in Covid situations no layoff were done and no salary cutoff. Provides basic amenities within office premises.

1. Work culture is too micromanaged. .Hardworking employees dont get recognition and people who do buttering with managers get promoted. Lot of favourtism This is the reason this year attrition rate has touched approx 54%. 3.Increments are not that mark even if the company is making huge profit, still getting into single digits. 4.Top management are sitting at 10,000 feet and don't know nothing what's going at the middle and lower management. 5.No new projects and on just one project everyone is pushed and work forever. No learning on the project after few months. 6. Skills and development are just basic training. They do not provide industry level skill training. But manager are selfish and get themselves expensive training. 7. Sometimes people are forced to work.late nights with no perks. I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.

...k. Compensation never matches the market rates or even the efforts you put in. You can never come out of the salary bell curve. Seniors take credit of the work done by you. Not too much scope for learning or any growth.

...mpany cares for its employees, you get a sense of belongingness in this company. During the pandemic the management was really supporting, we even got a bonus of rupee 10000 to buy comfortable chair or have better internet connection etc. Glad to be a part of this company.

Really good place to start your career with. You'd not feel like you're stuck at some deadend job that sucks The time I spent here was quite good, we had lot of fun Even the seniors are quite helpful Our managers and VP use to engage in fun activities with us.
