To be honest it's the worst phase of my life to work in xceedance. There is no wort life balance. You have to work more than 10-11 hrs a day, and after that don't expect any appreciations or support from management. If you are in office till 12pm company doesn't bother how you reach home. Thats your headache. In my view only if you are in a grave situation and don't have any other option then only go in xceedance and try to switch as soon as possible. Rest if you think i am making a hype then please go on and join xceedance once. I can assure that you will comment after few months on this review stating i was right.

...mpany doesn't bothers about you health if you are working till late night or so. Salary structure is worst. They show your package very high but actually you get peanuts. Learning stops just in 6 months maximum.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.

...k. Compensation never matches the market rates or even the efforts you put in. You can never come out of the salary bell curve. Seniors take credit of the work done by you. Not too much scope for learning or any growth.
