I am a very Happy employee of Xceedance. Salary might not be that great, but a great company who believes in employees learning. Encourages you to go for more certifications. Very transparent. Work life balance is also good. Some days are tough, while some are lean. Atleast in my team no one expects to work over weekends unless really necessary. Work pressure is manageable and no one will expect to be in front of laptop always.

I like regular traning sessions and awareness to make employees up to mark. Work pressure is good and you feel good about that if you are workaholic. Environment is good and people are friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes and we need to work exrmtra for completing the target. We need to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late too. I do receive appreciations from client but that mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is on job training for freshers, hence senior members like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

I was okay experince working with Xceedance. Work culture is hectic in my project. Pay and perks were okay.

Dislikes

Some politics between managers has made environment bad sometimes. Juniors have less opportunities.

Depending on the team you might get either toxic or amazing people. Work life balance is pretty good if you again subject to the team you're in.

Dislikes

The pay slightly above core company but still well bwlow the market average. On top of that the exposure and learning curve is not good. Passable at best.

Likes

No pay cuts or pay offs in covid times. I was a lucky one to work with good managers but got transferred to pre-bound team last year.

Dislikes

Salaries are not up-to industry level. A lot of Favouritism, unskilled people are promoted to managers who doesn't even know how to manage a team. Lot of politics in team as well as management level
