From among the countless dislikes the one and only thing I like is if you are lucky enough you may get a part time job over there while doing something else as well, but that option too is very restricted.

...s loved me a lot. I couldn't comply with such policy, that's why I had to leave. No increment of salary is there unless and until, apartment from teaching, you fulfill the targets of influencing innocent students as many as possible to take admission in the next level with higher charges. At the time of admission they behave very politely but after the admission slowly you will discover their real colour. Faculties are randomly humiliated before students. Only those people who would comply with their unethical policy after sacrificing their self respect would continue there. They even don't say anything clearly regarding leaves, increment, bonus etc. Even they discriminate in giving bonus and other allowances among teachers. THE WORST INSTITUTE EVER I have worked in.
