...elieving eyebrows when I stated the reason. Insensitive and lacking in ethics. The company XANSA did NOT pay me my last salary as well as dues. My ill wishes are constant for such a unattractive setup.. Led by a snooty vindictive British woman. I will never forgive them all for their treatment.

Dislikes

No job security, people are fired casually, randomly if they display a mind of their own.. Not towing boots has severe consequences. Totally unprofessional, totally without an impressive work culture. I would NEVER work there again. Egoes are more important and if you refuse to dance to the tunes of lecherous male seniors, you are fired. Worst experience of my life.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
