...Hire people from non real estate background and post that no time to understand. Salary is not in time Incentives are not paid. U can be told to work at any place in Mumbai FnF delayed. Travel allowance not paid on time.

...ople are very young and engergetic, a freshers learns a lot working with Xanadu. However, sometimes salary is delayed, but they inform 1 day prior. They provide Company Cabs for visits, also if a person stays upto 8 PM at office, Cab is provide to reach home

Dislikes

No work life balance, many times even week Offs are canceled people have to work 15-20 days straight. Delay in salaries.

The only good thing about working in this company is that you get to learn a lot of things about real estate. It is a very fast paced environment, you have be a quick learner to survive.

Salary is always delayed and payed by 20th of every month , they promise but never pay you incentives.

Avoid this fishy company. Just for few months of good salary they will lure you then dump you suddenly.

...ue date of tax filing (Jul31st). So employees get tax demand after few months. Sometimes they don't give salary for 2-3months. When they give it is delayed Horrible political culture. Smells fishy overall.

Salary is never on time Haven't paid incentives in 2 yrs 14-15 hours of working hours Top management is clueless about future of company People are leaving company left&right and centre They dont Even pay PF of employees, someone complained to EPFO department on India then they released 2 years of PF amount 3 months ago. They didnt filed taxes on time hence employee had to pay for penalties every year. HR has zeo power Poor working environment Top management has their own CP accounts and put deal into them
