If you fail to meet their expectations, he will scold, abuse, or even torture you. I strongly advise against joining this company, for your own sake. It's not a place where you can learn or explore new things; instead, it will only lead to mental and financial stress, leaving no room for a personal life. The director runs the company like a general store, disregarding policies and making changes whenever he pleases. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.
