Great work-life balance. Great culture. Very friendly environment. You would love to work over here. Near to no politics in the company. One of the best companies I have worked in so far and would love to continue.

Having worked with 4-5 associate engineers, I can say that it's not good for freshers, college pass-out engineers (they can't learn anything here - no support for them) Higher management lacks skills and shows resistance to change. Serious lack of talent in the company. Need to hire on talent than budget. HR could be a bit rude sometimes and might try to get into things outside their work area.

Everything like from the day I’ve joined I’ve been put into different different projects where there was no learning curve, and people who started as interns 10-15 years ago are managers now with 0 technical knowledge. No new tech to work on. Nobody wants to improve all are there in their comfort zone. Worstest management in recognising actual good employees. In coming year more resignations will happen as there is no room for improvement

Work life balance is not good. Lot of Micro management. It is m,anager based company. If manager is happy, then you will going through well. If manager is not happy, worst situation you will be seeing. Work life balance is not good

Good opportunity for Learning, opportunity provided to employees to upskill, manageable work load but sometimes will be too hectic and biggest advantage is complete remote work

Recent Layoffs, proper kt session needs to be provided for new joiners
