This hotel environment work culture of all staff and hods are good. And specially i give to thanks my boss purchase manager..he is very genuine man.he support to me all time and his work culture and behaviour so friendly....he is become like my best friend ever

Individuality of the supervisor of the human resources department to deal with employees according to personal whims Where I was forced to terminate the contract immediately, Unliterally and illegally Which made me not want to work with that team, the reason of the human resources member Where the reason for the dissolution (cost control) And this is never about human resources. But financial management Just because he doesn’t accept me in the team. So - I preferred to withdraw quietly

This is specifically about Ramada by Wyndham, Amritsar. Worst place to work with. Better to sit jobless at home and look for other options rather than opting this property. No work culture at all, no service standards, worst management, pathetic lower level staff, One work for 14-15 hours, still no recognition or acknowledgment by senior management. Training never been taken seriously, training sheets are forged to keep records going.

They don't care about who work hard like me , I start from pre opening , and do not give me promotion , they bring others from outside and then give them hire positions then me and I have to teach and show them the job
