The pay is not good and the working hours are mostly terrible. You have to face a lot of deadlines and are usually overburdened.

Salary is like peanuts. Very infrequent increments. Even then not doled out to everyone. Bonuses have vanished since the last 5 years. Though it features as CTC component.

...her in every way. Hence, as per my current experience work life balance is good. Though you may have to fight a bit for a good salary package and prove yourself deserving for it.

Dislikes

Salary package is not as good as it should be. Management tries to convince people with the least package that they can offer even if the client has given a wider range for package. My designation had offer of 28 lacs from client end but I was offered only 14 lacs. So it seems to me that the HR and management not much concerned with the standard and qualification of employees. I myself had to fight much for the package while joining, which actually made me unsure about joining the organisation.

...rn. There are a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not properly given to new joinees.

Overall company is good. Management have good intent. Hr is good. Your colleagues will not have Malintentions.

Dislikes

Many times the decisions are driven by business conditions. That time there is no control. Company should have cash buffer to support high low times.
