Its wonderful learning experience working in Wuerth India.Colleagues are very co-operative. Work pressure is not much in branches.But growth prospects are minimal until you get posted in some zonal offices or H.O.(Mumbai).

...pt. Hard work will be appreciated but appraisals will get unnoticed in year end. Sometimes high paid senior colleagues may loose job to make way for junior/freshers with minimal compensation.

I am working in Honda dealer Splendid Honda Jabalpur last 10 years but compensation is decent, but growth is slow. so i Join new companies & opportunity...

there is no on-job training for freshers employee.

It's Good Company I have started Worke here From 2021,it's trust worthy company & job security company.Environment Is Good. we have all type of facilities here.Freshers Can Enjoy this company & they can learn it more.

They hold my salary approx one year the manager behavior against employee is not good special ( Laxman mohite & Deepak korte) and HR department not ready to give bifercaution on my salary they will haressed employee for resignation. There is no future for employee like us and they also take my signature on blank paper giving me threatens about my salary if i will not signed i did not get the full salary
