There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow

Job security Direct ask HR to terminate employees immediately without any notice period, compensation against that. Leave the compensation even after termination without any notice but they have kept on hold our F&F & Gratuity of employees which is against labour laws. Very egoistic directors. Recently we heard that to HR head also they have asked to resign.

Ever since I have been working in this company, I have been respected by everyone. It feels like a family, not a company. Mostly our MD. PK Sir .. treats everyone like that ...So Thank you WTE For involving me in your family ....

There are some things or people that feel a little different but every family has that ... so there is nothing to dislike

The company provides full ownership of the tasks alloted to you. There is no corporate politics going on which makes itan ideal workplace.

As i mentioned in likes about full ownership of tasks alloted, it comes with additional responsibility. The company remuneration does not match with the workload. All the other things are good. 😊

taking 2 year bond compulsory with 2 months notice period & if situation & genuine reason comes to resign the company before 2 year that time they accept resign but not cleared the notice period salary.
