Good infrastructure, you can ask for a good salary, full of facilities, but of no use if you are in mental pressure

they have a hybrid work model but force them to come to the office without any reason, the appraisal is very bad, never support employees in work or training, Management support only their peoples so much of a partial environment, if you are eager to learn anything and want to improve your designing skill never go for WSP, Skill will be zero and there is only copy paste work in WSP India Office.

Best company to work. Lower salary but work life balance is good. Excellent policy and policy driven company.

Work may depends on your counter part of Parent country. Work type and quality is average for design engineer.

Health Insurance are not paid on time. Hybrid mode is biased between juniors and senior. HR is like non existent very lazy. Too many unwanted meeting to count the head of people coming to office. Raising problems are like raising red flags for your job security

Secured job, good life balance, On time salary, Helping culture(salary will credit every month without deduction) while you or your family members are ill and you aren't able to work. OT facilities.

Self growth very less, Not get proper training for upgrading yourself, No fixed promotion rules.
