There is nothing in this company that I like about.

Dislikes

Working in an environment where office politics are prevalent can be quite challenging. In my time at the company, I have observed that there are some significant issues with internal politics, ranging from the marketing department to upper management, It seems the these politics often lead to confusion and a lack of clear direction from leadership. For instance, there have been instances where decisions appear to be made without a thorough understanding of the situation and then blame is shifted onto employees who are simply trying to navigate a complex environment. Moreover, the involvement of HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partners) in every aspect of employees' work lives can sometimes feel intrusive. While HRBPs are essential for employees support and engagement , its crucial to strike a balance between involvement and personal boundaries. Instances of monitoring lunch breaks and asking personal questions can create discomfort among employees and hinder a healthy working atmosphere. In my opinion, addressing these internal issues and fostering a more transparent and supportive work culture could greatly benefit the company and its employees. It would lead to improved morale, better communication and a more harmonious work environment.
