Beware of joining this company!!! All they can do is to insult their employees to their core. The quality of assignments are not upto the mark so it will be a problem for you to bring new customers and if you fail to meet targets they will harass you unnecessarily. And after the office hour you have to work till 2am in the night to reach out to the students for assignments. Many employees resort to unethical practices like transferring money to their personal accounts. The CEO and CGO are extremely rude towards their employees and doesn't have the minimum level of respect when speaking. I hardly sustain 1.5 months and then I resigned from that role. This company will shut down soon. It's a heartfelt request please don't join this company.

WriteX used to be a very good company when HR's used to listen to the employee's problems and give value to the employees. Gone are those days after IIM return Mr Sunny Sahu Joined the organization. He is the Chief Growth Officer but he failed to give minimum growth to the company. After he came people started resigning from the company. He very well knows how to insult the employees. Unfortunately the management including the directors nowadays has become extremely harsh and rude to the employees, Particularly Mr Subham Prasad (director). No growth and respect you can expect from this company. HR's are the puppet, who cannot take any decision, only says that management has taken this decision. Very very difficult to sustain in these type of environment. They can fire you any time that too without any specific reason. No Job Security at all. You need to available for the clients 24x7, even on Sundays. Moreover they force the employees to give good reviews about the company.

...said to pay for the extra saturdays, but, they won't. Terrible leave policies..they cut salary for aking leave for more than 2 days, even if you took it within your provided leaves.

In terms of salary, it always comes on time.... Work culture is also good, no toxicity you will find there... Hierarchy is quite friendly and highly supportive. Holidays are so attractive that kept me staying here for 1 n half year Salary is always on time Work culture: Positive Holidays: Attractive Leaves: Can't say anything as I don't take leaves frequently

No work-life balance is possible here. At a constant rate, You have to sit in front of your system. At a stretch, an employee sits here for 8-9 or even 10 hours, which can hamper his/her personal life and I have faced it. for a married person, I don't find this workplace suitable enough because at the same time, you need to keep yourself attentive on meetings, which are organised daily and you have to be active there all the time.. You cannot invest time on your personal calls, You cannot help your family-members during work-time, you cannot invest sometimes into ur personal work during this hectic schedule. A hectic like sometimes unbearable schedule for someone, who tries to balance both

Nothing. Higher management forced to resign whenever they can't able to provide the salary. And they forced you to work at night also moreover 24hr. Also interfere in personal life. They basically thought you out during you provition period just because the less pay benifit. No IJP facility. Higher key and TL's are worst. Not even behave properly using slangs and using disrespectful words toward the junior and senior employees. There have no senior employees, just because they can't able to pay their incentives and all. Also they through you out without any information.
