They can terminate you at any moment of time without any prior notice. They will also not clear your dues even after multiple requests. If they clear your dues they will come out with multiple reasons to deduct money from your dues. The management doesn't have any fair idea about anything and will pressurize you without any reason. You will be targeted unnecessarily. Office doesn't even have basic amenities like separate washrooms for gents and ladies and the washroom doesn't even have a handwash. All their google reviews are paid so if you want to waste your time do come and work here you will get to know it yourself.

Likes

Working with Writerz Center is very beneficial, motivating and very professional. Although being a middle level company, I have worked for six months, but they have proved to be effective with the room of growing with them. The management value their writers. Even during Corona Virus crisis they tried their level best to assign me some tasks, and this rescued me from financial crisis. Apart from that, they listen to your opinion about a task. Dislikes

Cons: Compensation is decent but job security is not guaranteed for freelance writers; salary appraisals are minimal as it a growing company. Management listen so much to a client, even when the client is dumb about subject and the experts has done it. Furthermore, do not collect views how to improve client versus a writer relationship.
