My writer office was in Saltlake City, Kolkata. I liked cafeteria zone for freshness and other than that, there is no such thing in Writer (Kolkata office) to be very much liked by an individual.

...r to that, no pick and drop facility, no salary increments no promotions at all. They will fix your salary while you join and after that forget about your salary hikes. They will simply tell you that we will hike our salary from this month but in actual, they didn't even think of do that. And if they want, they can harass or torture or heckle the employees like hell (you can't even imagine). Apart from this, work environment is not so good in kolkata location. So my friends out here in ambition box whoever is seeing my view of comment, I would suggest don't join this organisation unless and until you are sure in your own what I have described here. And lastly, if company tells you that please resign from this org for any issue, you will resign on a positive note but at last when you will get your relieving letter, they will mention that you have decided on your own to leave(resign) this organisation.

Worst management system, in bangalore finace deportment is totally worst , every month salary not given properlly, HR is not asking employees problems. Every month collection guy will changed due to Srinivadan and Darshana torcher finace deportment. Company woner need to awere of this.

...any and much better than this company to join and save our life & career skills. There are Salary Increments & Position Increments in the company. I would not recommend this company to join to anyone in their whole life. So never join this company. Every month HR leave this company and new HR joins and then next month that new HR also leaves the company just because thereis no any work culture and employee satisfaction in this company.

There are no value of employees. Bus pick-up Drop service is too far from station. Unclear salary Structure and incentives. Untold increament and HR didn't have any data.🤣 Canteen facilities very poor. Tea quality is 3rd class. Everywhere cost cutting. Sunday working without food/ snacks allowance.
